1Do I pay for your service?
No, it’s for free. Our service is paid by Chinese Airlines for assisting you to go through their screening process and providing further management support during the time of your contract.
2Do I sign contract with you or directly with the Airlines I will be working for?
It varies, there are Chinese Airlines who prefer signing contract directly with expat pilots, there are Airlines offering 3-way contract between the Airline, agency and pilot, but majority of Chinese Airlines offer master contract to agencies and expat pilots will sign contract with their agencies.

Agency contracts are produced according to Airline’s master contract, agencies can only offer what is agreed by the Airlines, no more no less.
3Who will be paying my service fee?
Apart one or two Chinese Airlines paying service fee directly to expat pilots, majority of Chinese Airlines paying through agencies.
We can pay your service fee to any bank in any country you specify.
4Do you pay to account overseas or accounts in China?
We can pay your service fee to any bank in any country you specify.
5Who will be taking care of my tax bill?
Majority of Chinese Airlines will take care of your tax payment in China unless specified otherwise, relevant documents can be available periodically.
6Who pays for the screening trips?
Airlines will cover two return economy class tickets, hotel, transportation within China, simulator and medical costs. Basically everything. In case of failure on one of the stages you have no financial obligations.

Flight time limitations
One year max is 1000 hours, one month max is 100 hours. But there are no red eye flights and 100 hours is reachable only for those who do full time contract
What is included in the interview
Major steps are: medical examination, ATPL exam, company sim check (could be done during airlines roadshow in your country), government inspector sim check. Interview in the airlines itself is just a formality where you meet upper management talk about general things....more of a greeting meeting. No one has ever failed this in the history of China:)
Can I count on bonuses stated in my contract?
For the past 5 years working here I have never had feeling that the airlines is seeking the reason to cut it.
What to do if I fail company sim check
If it is passed during airlines roadshow there will be no records of it anywhere. But if you come to China and fail it then other airlines you wish to apply to will request the report of the failed sim. After reviewing it they usually reject.
7What visa do I need for the screening trip?
We will issue invitation letter for you to obtain business visa (M Visa) to travel to China
8What is included in the CAAC medical check?
Check items include:
Blood and Urine (blood sugar, blood fat, renal function, total bilirubin and glutamate pyruvate transaminase etc.)
Functional Check (hearing, electrocardiograph, carotid ultrasound, heart sonography, electroencephalogram, and treadmill etc.)
Face to face (ophthalmology, ears, nose and throat etc.)
X-Ray
MRI
9How can I prepare for the ATP exam?
We will provide latest and most effective study materials to you. You will need to spend time to familiarize with such materials.
10How can I prepare for the CAAC and Airlines SIM check?
We provide SIM check profile and reference materials and at times Airline SOP. We also have a collection of feedback from pilots who have passed Airlines and CAAC SIM check which can give you a lot of invaluable advice and tips.
11Will I get any help to relocate?
Yes, most of Chinese Airlines has allocated staff/team provide day to day help for new pilots to settle down. We also have local staff providing assistance to help you finding accommodation, opening bank account, getting mobile sim card and processing required documents.

12Can you pay my earning into more than one overseas account?
Yes, we can pay your money to more than one bank accounts to different banks even in different countries as you specified, but you have to pay for the extra bank charges incurred.
